You are:

One classy lady. And it shows because even people you don't know have an inherent respect for you. The little girl inside of you? She's still there -- as playful, mischievous and yet vulnerable and romantic still as ever. You're insightful and the phrase, "Only with the heart can one see rightly, that which is essential is invisible to the eye..." carries a greater depth of meaning for you today than it did when you first read it as a child. You're a do-er: you have a multitude of interests and talents beyond the workplace which is why you're never bored. You have an appreciation for beauty and aesthetics and your style is your own, maybe even sometimes from your own hands -- not just the latest fad on sale out of a magazine. You're an enigma to those not a part of your inner circle but behind closed doors you're not afraid to bare your all to that one fortunate enough to have earned your trust. You are resourceful in the face of adversity. You see the absurdities in life and don't take them so seriously as to not be able to laugh in amusement on occasion. You live or strive for simplicity in your life but your persona is a complex one -- in a good way -- and that's what I want if you're to hold my attention because good looks won't do it alone.

I am:

Something of a lone-wolf type -- which isn't to say that I'm anti-social or the like, I've just lived a longer independent streak than most others. I'm inquisitive and curious in the way of always wanting to know how something or someone works. I think when those two qualities die that's when you grow old. I'm loyal to my friends, a good peacemaker, and people seem to feel comfortable confiding things to me -- whether I want to hear it or not -- so I suppose that makes me a good listener too. On the other hand, I can keep and even savour the value of things said in private as I'm something of a private type by nature. I'm learning to like cooking. I never developed the patience or attention span for professional sports such as football: I work too hard during the rest of the week to squander it as a spectator on my days off anyway.

Things I like: Galloping on a horse. Wind in my hair. Green moss on trees and dead fall. Salt air. That smell of eucalyptus on a damp day. Toe curling sex. Wood stoves. Massage. The back of a woman's neck. Long conversations at night.

To save sending numerous emails the dog is called Hudson and he is currently beating me on emails in the ratio of approx 3:1.

His place as man's best friend is in serious doubt..........
