I guess for a male to be a slave, when a Mistress decides to check him out, it is say like ordering a car. A car doesn't decide "I want to be a four wheel drive" or "I want to be an automatic". The Woman decides the extras that suit her. So for a male slave, it should be assumed that he is a basic model, one that just does domestic service and has no rights and does not speak. Then when a Mistress decides he may be what she is looking for, she can choose, "I will allow this one to speak" , "This one will be naked at all times". "This one will have the oral sex on demand package". "This one will be allowed to have the occaisional outing with friends". "This one will have the cuckold package installed", "this one will have the 'allowed in public but act like a perfect gentleman' package" installed. This one will have the "Allowed to eat at the table" package. That is all I require, he will not have the other packages installed. So a male slave is the perfect package that she requires, built from the ground up to only have those traits she desires or finds useful or helpful and no others.
That may be a wild fantasy but I hope that Mistress exists.
