CONSENSUAL MISTRESS/SLAVE CONTRACT
In token of the love i bear for Her and of my own free will, i _________________(hereinafter called "slave") do, on this ____ day of _____________ 2010, humbly beg that ____________________ (hereinafter called "MISTRESS"), accept full ownership and use of my body and mind.
DECLARATION:
i will obey my MISTRESS at all times and will wholeheartedly seek Her pleasure and well-being above all other considerations.
i renounce all rights to my own pleasure, comfort, or gratification except insofar as my MISTRESS may desire or permit them.
i will strive diligently to re-mold my body, my habits, and my attitudes in accordance with my MISTRESS’ desires. i will seek always to please my MISTRESS better, and will gracefully accept criticism as a means for growth and not a threat of abandonment.
i renounce all rights to privacy or concealment from my MISTRESS.
i will answer truthfully and completely, to the best of my knowledge, any and all questions my MISTRESS may ask me.
i will complete any assignments given by my MISTRESS within the time limits She specifies.
i will return all communication (phone or written) from my MISTRESS within the time limit She specifies.
i understand and agree that any failure by me to comply fully with my MISTRESS’ desires shall be regarded as sufficient cause for punishment.
i understand that any actions on my part which are deemed by my MISTRESS to be inappropriate for Her slave will automatically result in punishment, and also that it is my duty to inform my MISTRESS of these actions if She is not present when they occur.

SAFEWORDS:
i will use the following safewords as necessary to indicate my physical limits:
"Yellow!" - for a short pause due to physical distress
"Red!" - to completely end the current activity.
my MISTRESS may, at Her discretion, use the safeword "SAFEWORD!" to end a scene or activity.
The universal Safeword "Safeword!" may be used by either MISTRESS or slave to end any and all activity immediately.
AGREEMENT:
i understand that at all times i am to be honest with my MISTRESS and communicate my feelings (even if i perceive that She may not approve).
i understand that no feeling i have can be wrong, and that they may indicate a situation which needs to be addressed.
i understand that my MISTRESS has my ultimate physical, mental and spiritual well being in mind and i will strive to be worthy of Her pride in all my endeavors. i will at all times maintain a safe, sane and consensual relationship.
Finally, and in keeping with the consensual nature of this agreement, should either MISTRESS or slave find that this agreement is not serving their best interests, needs or desires, either may elect to cancel this agreement by verbal notification to the other and agree to be honest and forthcoming in discussing Her or his reasons. Both MISTRESS and slave also agree that such a cancelation is of this agreement only and not necessarily a termination of their relationship as friends and lovers.
