I live in a Toronto suburb and have just turned 40. I have experience submitting before but mostly as foreplay. I never realized just how much it would affect me al these years later.
Its very hard to talk to casual dating partners about this. They either dismiss it or arent interested. So here I am. I dont know what exactly to look for in a potential partner, or even what to ask for, but I do know that I want submission to be part of my life. My whole life. Not necessarily living in play mode all the time, but at the very least being constantly aware that She is there and She is in charge. I think its important to have limits in life, even if they are just psychological, but especially when they are imposed by a Goddess.
After all, patriarchy is going away and I might as well jump on the bandwagon before it gets too crowded. )
