Trust is earned. Not taken, not given. It is not there and finally slowly it is. Chatting and email is a great way to learn from each other, before any secrets are shared. As trust grows, secrets are released. Shoulders lighten. Burdens dissolve.
Put your toe in the water, if it is just too cold take it out and come back when the weather is warmer. If the water is comfortable slowly submerge a bit more of you.
