I often see here snarky comments by users here about people reading their profile all the time and not contacting them or some variation of that complaint. I can appreciate the fact that many here are not tech savy so here's the deal --- webpages are not static documents -- they are created actively every time a viewer views it (html etc) and not all browsers will create (called render) a page the same way --- if you access collarme via a tablet with an older version of android, many of the common browsers built into those tablets will not render the collarme front pages correctly and thus to read the front intro you have to access the profile.
And really .. if you really are concerned about people looking at you, and contacting you .. don't post here... its that simple. Personally I can tell you that I am complimented and honored anytime anyone looks at my profile or/or contacts me and no one should every feel hesitant in messaging me here .. if I am paying attention I will always say hello... |
