Master Charlie has found a way to conquer the world. He has caused the U.S. nuclear arsenal to go off on the rest of the world and has built a large fortress in Southern Wisconsin. The United States is the only country left that has not been affected by the fallout. He is the supreme ruler of the world. Master Charlie has the ability to control his molecules and cannot die. With his powers he has taken over the U.S. and turned it into an evil empire that controls the world with its military.
The chat room itself is based off of his fortress where he invites various Masters Mistresses and Slaves to either have fun and brutally fuck the slaves or for the slaves to submit to the Masters or Mistresses.
The room itself is very large. Master Charlie sits on a leather love seat at the north end of the room. To the left of him is a small shower room where slaves can shower off after they are fucked. Or a Master or Mistress can shower with a slave and fuck her or him in there as well. The shower is open and anybody can see what goes on in there Down and to the left of Master Charlie is a bench about 20 feet long where slaves sit down with legs open and wait to be told what to do. On the right side of Master Charlie is alot of furniture where the Masters and Mistresses sit. There are free bottles of wine for them to enjoy while they watch the slaves perform. In the Middle of the room is a bed and next to it a small platform. The bed is for Fucking or having two slaves perform sexual acts. The platform is raised a little and its purpose is for sexual dancing.
Three rules for the chat
1. no pms without asking
2. Slaves must strip and go on the bench and submit to Masters or Mistresses
3. No limits if you don't like a scene then leave the chat room.
