I've been reading many profiles on here of females complaining about too many messages in their inbox. . . first off, I don't know of any female who doesn't like attention, and there are certainly a number of 'attention whores' on this website. . . so, if you fit that category, quit your whining, I'm sick of seeing it all the time. For those of you who are here to legitimately meet people of similar interests and/or are looking for your significant other (s), why don't you just delete every message from people you haven't messaged first? Perhaps it is just my logical nature, but in general I do not send messages people unless I am genuinely seeking contact with them. If someone sends me a message without me first sending them a message I check their profile and then decide whether or not to respond. Basically, I am to the point where I am not about to send a message or respond to a message from anyone with the old line "I receive so many messages". . . in their profiles. That being said, if you are here and are serious it would probably be in your best interest to remove such a wording from your profile. I don't claim to be a spokes person for every person on here, but I can say for certain that if I feel this way, chances are there are others who do as well. P. S. I've been alive long enough to know there is no "perfect person for you" out there. You will always have to compromise, even if you are Dom. in nature. Get over it, grow up, put on your big girl panties, and reach out to those who love you. |

I find it extremely lame of people to claim they are honest and loyal, etc. when they aren't even honest enough to have a profile that isn't masquerading as another person. The same can be said of false ages, genders, locations, etc. Everything in my profile is true for the simple fact that I am here as an individual who would like to see this website function as intended. |

Where have all the real people gone? When did we change from a society of people who stood up for what they wanted and spoke their mind to a group of 'people pleasers' who think its better to lie. Saying anything other than what you truly mean is a LIE, and like it or not, lies hurt you more than they ever could hurt anyone else. I'm not purfikt, I've made plenty of mistakes in my life, and have certainly told my fair share of lies, but as I've matured I've changed. The best thing you can do for yourself and those you care about is to be honest. Don't hide your feelings, double-talk, or be a people pleaser. No, you don't have to be mean, I'm not encouraging hate or hatred. . . but by not saying anything or saying things you don't really mean you are causing yourself great harm. You may not realize it now, it may take you many years to come to your senses, but when you do, you will understand the importance of being truthful. |
