I am a professional male who lives just 3 miles from the city centre and have a free room and living room in my converted house.
I am aware that BDSM, swinging and many other fetishes may be difficult as most people have a private life and need to be discreet hence I am offering this free space and a reasonable price.
Having just converted my house the rooms is not of pristine quality...i.e. no windows, tv dvd etc but it is in a hidden cove so can be very discreet.
My price is as £50 for an hour (couples). If there is a small group (no more than 4) this will cost a little more...I can also arrange a price for weekend stays or discounted rates for those who stay longer than an hour.
Parking is free and bedding and condoms are provided.
