I have researched options and used depo provera treatments for awhile to chemically castrate myself. I decided not to continue with depo provera... i know what I wanted and I wanted something permanent. So i started on my own adventure. i began giving myself injections of vodka into my testicles in February 2012.
I gave myself shots in each testicle once a month. As of July 2012, i have stopped giving myself alcohol injections. Primarily, i guess i got cold feet, and began fearing that i was successful in castrating myself with the vodka injections. Second, i wanted to give my testis a chance to recover to see what the results of my previous injections were.
Today, my testicles are much smaller than before I began the injections. The alcohol dried them up to something slightly larger than the size of M&M's and they have pulled up into my abdomen. They do not rest low in the scrotum (even after taking a hot bath or shower). They sit for the most part snug up close to my abdomen beside my penis giving the appearance that i have no testicles at all. This has gotten more than a few awkward glances in the showers at LA Fitness! 
Both testicles are now small, hard, and slightly misshapen. Both are mostly deadened to sensation, i can gently pinch them between my fingers and hardly feel anything... almost like i was pinching someone else's testicle. As i increase pressure, i can feel the pressure, but no pain.
Erections are difficult to achieve... certainly not firm enough to penetrate. When I do cum, my semen is thick and white. Not watery like before. i think that i may have been successful in castrating myself partially... but i want to finish the job.
