Ok, so after some input from others, I think i understand the CM mentallity just alittle better..
Seems those in the culture of CM tend to have more of a need for instant gratification and immediate satisfaction, which isnt completely out of line with the real world. But i do think its a larger percentage on here that desire that instant fix.
Then others (women mostly, I think) tend to be inundated with emails and correspondence and it appears unless someone is super outstanding or "special" in some what there is a tendancy to forget who you have talked with or at least had your attention modified for the moment anyway.
Regardless of the accuracy of my brief scientific study, I do now have more faith in the minions of CM than previously.....that does not discount the large number of fakes and just wanna bes......

Wow, the cycle continues, two emails and they disappear......I don't think in normal life people could possibly change their mind or just lose interest so fast.
Why do people express interest and then vanish like the fog?
If you can answer that question for me, I'd love to hear from you. |

Its pretty nice to find someone on here thats real, can actually have a normal conversation. That interaction just makes my day brighter.
You know who you are and even thought we will probably never meet, its very nice to develop a friendship; which after all, the best relationships begin that way ALWAYS!

This site amazes me more than any relational web site i have ever seen.
It manages to offer hours of entertainment just from reading the profiles, thereby causing one to desire the endless possibilities this site brings forth.....Yet, in the same brain wave, one cant help but wonder how much disappointment must be forth coming because of the potential high expectations and the general low satisfaction level derived from the miniscule percentages of real life encounters. |
