Are you in a relationship which you want to keep private from other people in your life?

Do you, like we did, need a solution to the problem of finding discreet, private space to be with your play partner/lover?

We are a small group of friends who wanted space and privacy to be with our partners away from the prying eyes and ears of family, friends and hotel employees. The solution we have created is to rent a lovely, private cottage in the country within 30 mins drive of Cork city.

The cottage is warm and comfortable and very private, it has been modernised and has central heating, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with an electric shower and an extremely comfortable double bed as well as a second double bedroom. There is also a sitting room with a dvd player and tv.

There is off road parking and the cottage is not overlooked by any neighbours.

There is also the added benefit of a private garden with mature trees to add to the privacy of the site.

In general we each use the cottage an average of about twice a month for a day or two at a time and contribute a share of the rent for it. Some of the group use the cottage for an afternoon or evening, others like to spend a whole day there or stay overnight, depending on their own personal circumstances.

Each member of the group only has contact with myself or my partner as discretion is of utmost importance to all of us.

We would like to invite you to share this arrangement with us. We don’t want a lot of people to be involved but we feel there is room for a couple of new people to share in this wonderful amenity.

We are all easy going and use of the cottage is done on a friendly and accommodating basis. It generally works out that whoever needs to use it on a particular day is easily accommodated but where there is a clash and two people want it on the same day it is on a first to ask basis although fair usage for all is encouraged and it is always negotiated in a friendly manner.

We only want people who are clean, discreet and easy going. Towels and bedding are all provided and general cleaning and laundry are taken care of but we do expect the cottage to be left in a clean condition when someone has used it and that you take your rubbish away with you.

We are completely open and do not judge others as to their individual kinks or their sexuality. Obviously we ask that anyone who has the use of the cottage to be considerate of the local population – we would rather you didn’t try tying your naked partner to a tree where they may be seen from the road but if you want to be tied to the bed by your partner then we don’t see it as any of our business what consenting adults do in private.

If you wish to be involved you must be willing to commit to paying your share every month on an ongoing basis; it is much more cost effective than renting a hotel room a couple of times a month and has the benefit of being more discreet too.
