Apparently, in the online dating world, it would seem that "perfect" men and women are a dime a dozen. So many profiles are all honed and edited until hardly a fault exists, and we're persistently told by "friendly" advice that it's best to only show off our most positive attributes. I disagree. The problem with that is it diminishes the individuality of our character, and worse, it obscures the unique diversity of our personality.
So, while I could sit here and write a hundred and one adjectives that make me sound like the next "perfect" man, I'm not.(I believe actions speak louder than words: so why bother?) Instead, I'm going to give you something better; I'm going to offer you a real, tangible, and straight-forward no BS introduction on me. Enjoy.
Let's start with the imperfect qualities (to help remove that "perfect man" concept):
- I don't sleep enough (I'm a night owl)
- I insist on being the driver
- I believe a man should handle the finances in a relationship
- I can be stubborn when my attempts to compromise fail
- I'm sociable, but enjoy my quiet time with a guilt-free conscious
- I've a weakness for good coffee (often), red wine (casually), and a fine cigar (once in awhile)
Balanced out by some of my better qualities, such as:
- I'm very analytical, good with finances, and have an entrepreneur's spirit
- Words like honor, respect, and integrity drive my moral compass and motivation
- I'm a very compassionate and romantic person
- I have a love for the liberal arts
- I came from nothing growing up; I appreciate the little things in life
- I'm eco/pet friendly, feed the hungry conscious, and always ready to volunteer for a good cause

As for the rest....
Upfront, I'm a pretty laid-back, straight-forward, and open-minded guy. I've a lot of different perspectives and diverse opinions, which vary depending on the topics or subject. I'm pretty articulate and moderately sarcastic, enjoy a practical and casual approach to life, and do my best to remain ever the "optimist-realist." When I'm not watching a movie, listening to music, reading a novel, or casually playing a video game, I prefer to be outdoors doing something fun, exciting, and adventurous! My creative talents include writing and photography (check out my pics for a few examples). Also, I like tasteful tattoos, motorcycles/trucks, and fast cars.
Finally, I'm looking for a woman that:
- is highly motivated, positive, and playful
- is very open-minded, romantic, and dedicated
- is SUBMISSIVE (Google it), passionate, and attentive (in her romantic life)
- has a healthy, confident, and vivacious sexual demeanor
- appreciates the little things in life (hand written cards, random love you notes, etc)
- wants to have a family of her own one day
- doesn't believe a pill will solve everything
- can dress up, or down, depending on the occasion
- can communicate, share, and express herself maturely
- take care of herself, keeps active, and has an intellectual mind!
This list is not set in stone. It is not an absolute. And, I do not expect a woman to just,"GIVE her all," until I've earned it. No one should have to give their very best, until someone's proven their worthy of that invaluable respect. That said, if most of this sounds like you, then I would be honored to hear from you.
