Men will take any orgasm available with a person they find pleasing to the eye. Women will take any orgasm from a person who provides the illusion of potentiality regarding their dream - and it has to come with all the necessary accessories (not referring to mouthgags or whips...even though those might come in handy).
There are a few individuals though, who 'get' it. Who can see through the flesh, through the endorphins released upon any act that is pleasant - or not so pleasant. Those people are my cult.
