I am divorced, retired, and don't drink, use drugs, or smoke. I have a BS, with honors, in behavioral science with minors in cultural anthropology and Mythology, with some grad work in sexuality, pre-law, and Mythology.

My late profession was so high stress that I was setting up for some serious physical issues. Do not worry, my therapy includes 40-60 minutes of high intensity activities four-five days per week which are now done through martial arts and Middle Eastern dance, yes: belly dance (and I am good and, no it is niether girlie or taboo for males.

More to the point is the absolute need to let go of control and power. The words learning to accept surrender and be vulnerable have been used, frequently.

The activities are easy. What I lack is serious assistance with the latter and, frankly, on-line and published research on this avenue has let lose some interesting feelings, curiosities, and desires.
