NL Dungeon Incentive Program

What am I talking about?

I am going to be converting the basement of my home into a private dungeon. Work will begin when I close on the house May 17th. From now until the dungeon renovations are complete, I will be offering a dungeon incentive program to assist me with renovation costs and in return provide you with greatly discounted sessions.

What will be in the dungeon?

Upon entering the first dungeon door you will walk down a set of stairs and enter through a second door at the bottom. This door will lead into one room that will have a grab bar on the ceiling, a comfortable couch, a chair, a television should someone wish to be my footstool while I lounge, a book shelf, a small refrigerator with beverages and a table with snacks. Tickling implements and stocks will be hanging on one wall for easy access. The opposite wall will have a cabinet that displays shoes, and contains a variety of socks, hosiery, and sissy clothes. This room will primarily be used for foot worship and trampling sessions.

Entering through the third door will bring you into the main dungeon area. The first room will have a love seat with the option of removing a cushion for it to transition into a queening chair, and a television on the wall. To the right of the tv, there is an inlet area in the stone that I plan on having a cage built to fit in the space. Police grade shackles will be secured into the stone wall next to the cage.

The small room to the rear of the initial dungeon room will have a cross, and spanking bench with various spanking implements hanging on the wall, and electro equipment on a shelf.

The door that is directly to your right when entering the main dungeon leads to a room with a sink and exposed shower. There will be a hose and an antique wash basin should anyone need to clean up after serving as a toilet. There will also be a potty chair for those interested in enema play. I think I might put a couple glory holes in the wall separating these two rooms hehe.

The last room is to the rear of the wash room and will hold an antique brass bed with a rod frame, hand cuffs, and a horse. The shelves will hold an assortment of strap ons, anal plugs, dongs, gags, rope, and sounding tools. Depending on my level of comfort with a sub, this room may serve as potential accommodations should someone travel a great distance or have made a significant incentivized contribution.

What will the dungeon rates be?

A donation of $250 will be expected for entrance into the dungeon for an hour, and typically would involve foot worship (with or without degradation and humiliation), trampling, shoe or boot worship, etc. Foot sessions are tailored to ones own personal preferences and I have an assortment of shoes, sandals, heels, nylons, etc. An hour long entrance might also include something very specific and simple like a spanking session. This is for someone who really only has one kink that they wish to have fulfilled in the allotted time period. It could also be something as simple as a cuddle session as well.

*Typical Domme sessions will require a two hour minimum donation as they generally incorporate more than one kink, and one hour really isn't enough time to comfortably build a proper rapport, session and provide any necessary after care.

What does the incentive program entail?

Someone makes a donation prior to the dungeons completion and in return gets 3x the dungeon time that they would get for the same donation made after the dungeon is fully operational.

So if someone donates $500 for a two hour Domme session prior to dungeon completion, that $500 basically equates to $1500 in dungeon time. Now this can be used all at once or over several visits. It can even be used prior to the dungeons completion.

I understand the amount of scammers out there, and have no issue with meeting someone face to face, and drawing up paperwork stating the stipulations of the donation.

This offer will only be in place while I am in the process of renovating the dungeon. Once it is completed, all standard rates will apply.

An additional incentive option that will exist past the date of the dungeons completion would be to "adopt a room" within my home. Should someone adopt a room, meaning they take on the building material costs to renovate the room (they are not required to pay for labor), they will then be provided 5x the dungeon time that the donation would regularly afford. This incentive extends to those interested in adopting a household appliance, or the home furnishings for a particular room.

Alternative to Cash Donation

An alternative option in the incentive program to a cash donation would be for contractors or skilled tradesmen who are local enough to complete a particular task or provide particular building materials to the dungeon or my home. This incentive will be considered on a case by case basis.

Coincidently, I know that not everyone is interested in such things, but there will at times be one or more sissies assisting in the renovation process who would gladly be willing to offer up any assistance a contractor might need.

*Some of the more taboo kinks will not be included under the "typical Domme session" category, and will require an additional contribution be placed. If you are unsure about a particular kink you have, feel free to send me a message and we can discuss it.
