Many of the questions  below are what applicants have asked me.

Do I have to be a biological female? And why?

Yes. I am a heterosexual male who does not wish to have other males totally naked in my bed or lounging around the den at night! This includes biologically born males who are trans. 

Will I have to do housework?

Yes. The Master bedroom, bathroom and balcony will be cleaned daily by the slave(s). The rest of the house will be cleaned by my resident house staff.

Will I have to cook?

Yes. I eat mainly fresh fruit and vegetables with cooked beans and grains. When I have visitors, there will be different types of cooking involved. The slave who finally finds herself as my "Kitchen Maid" will have the duty of maintaining the kitchen, the pots and pans, dishes, machines and all the fresh produce to my standards of perfection. She will also be responsible for the shopping under my supervision.

Will I be told what to wear?

Yes. I like my women to dress like the local ladies. You will go clothes shopping with me and I will select a wardrobe for you. The women here wear very tight lycra and bright colors and animal prints. They love false nails and jewelry (what many westerners refer to as "hooker clothes"..and I love it!).

Can I take this wardrobe with me if I leave after staying only a few weeks?

No. I already have a selection of shoes and clothes for my "brief visitors". Many submissives can only come for a few weeks because they have jobs and family back home and cannot relocate at this time. They are happy to dress up in the bright colors of the Caribbean on their arrival. Undergarments are personal and are not left behind.

Do I have to come to the Villa with ALL my personal belongings?

No. I discourage this. Bring what you need for travelling (and your reading glasses and other necessary items). Store the rest of your stuff "back at the ranch". I will provide what you will need for your life here. I do suggest those who have laptops to bring them. I encourage the use of the Internet and reading, have many books and belong to a local, second-hand English bookstore.

Will I have to have sex with anyone who comes to the house?

No. No. NO. Unless you specifically specify this as part of your lifestyle choice. You will have to fall under strict criteria to be eligible for this. Previous experience, age and appearance will be scrutinized to prove that you are not living a "fantasy" but have tangible knowledge of the harshness involved in being ordered to have sex with total strangers. (I will not play along with your fantasies for endless Yahoo chats. If you are serious, you will sign a contract saying so in a relatively short time and will not spend months discussing it online.)

Do I have to have sex with animals?

No.

Where will I sleep?

That depends, but in principle in the Master bedroom in my bed.

What kind of kink are you into?

Ask me that question personally for a more detailed response. But a broad stroke brush would include bondage, suspension, blindfolds, whips and crops and paddles. Then there is the Mental Bondage.....

Do you like protocol and if so what type of protocol?

I like the whole 1950's ideology. That being said, I seek women who like being feminine and deferring their choices and actions to what the head of this household desires.

So why do you say you seek only slaves on your profile and not submissives?

Slaves want to belong and seek that sense of totalitarian ownership in which they can then experience a total release of control. Some women call themselves submissives but are more switches and defy authority a good deal of the time and others call themselves submissives and are actually more slaves. Because of this, I insist that should someone wish to stay they need to explore the limits of their own NEED for power over themselves. If they do seek that freedom that comes from giving up power then they are ready to join me. I prefer to call a pot a pot; a slave is a slave. If a woman takes that step, then she understands that there is no ambivalence about giving up her control because she has agreed to it. I set out rules to live by and I have crafted a contract so that everyone understands their place. It is NOT an overnight process and there will be a learning curve.

Is there any place for love then?

Love is hard to define. If you mean will it be possible to form a deep and meaningful bond? Then the answer is yes.

Do you ever do anything vanilla when it comes to physical contact? If you mean do I caress or cuddle or even hold hands with other humans?

The answer is yes. Depending on who you are will influence to what point I will show vanilla affection. Not everyone is the same nor wishes for the same thing with another person.

Do you kiss and all that? Or are the slaves just treated as sub-human dirt?

I do not treat my slaves like sub-human dirt. And I do not kiss dirt (I gave up eating mud cakes at the age of 4). I want my slaves to be humans who enjoy being alive and who enjoy the sensuality of their existence. Just like eating a warm mango with all its flavor and juices, the pleasure of tasting another human is very enjoyable for me. Are you delicious and sweet? How do you see yourself? Or are you just dirt and no better than mud? You have to answer that in your own mind.

Will I have to be naked in front of other people?

Yes. Topless on occasion but not when the house staff is here. Also, for hygienic reasons, I do not allow total nakedness in the house without specifically expressed instructions to do so. (This will be explained further once living here). It is very hot during the summer and you will be glad to strip down and dip into the pool no matter who is here! The Villa is high up the side of a mountain and catches the cool breezes. The bedrooms are air conditioned and there are 17 ceiling fans in the Villa, so this is actually one of the coolest spots on the coast.

Will I have to answer to orders from other people who come into the house?

On occasion and only if I specifically say so in a written protocol. My slaves are here for me and me alone, but the slaves will be asked to perform non-sexual tasks for visitors such as serving coffee, drinks or making dinner (Acting as a maid).

Will I have to answer to orders from the staff?

Yes, within reason. The Dominicans are very friendly people. They are not shy and do not understand "western reserve" when it comes to sharing, but at the same time they are not rude. You will soon relax into their Latino way of communicating...openly and with big smiles!

Will I be whipped, punished or disciplined verbally when non-bdsm people are around?

Protocol will be established in private and in writing. If a slave willingly disobeys, they will be verbally reprimanded no matter who is present. The rest of the punishment will be meted out later and in private. 

Will I be whipped, punished or disciplined verbally when bdsm people are around?

Yes.

Will I be punished without cause or always because of disobedience?

Punishment will be according to pre-established  protocols and their repercussions. Punishment will be established with each rule so that the slave knows what to expect.

Will I be bound, whipped, caged or restrained for  sexual submission when the mood takes my Owners? Not as punishment but purely for their pleasure?

Yes.

Will I be chained at times? And why and when and where?

Yes. I have hooks in the walls and the ceilings in some parts of the house. No matter what you call yourself sooner or later you will be restrained. I like that.

Will I have a safe word if I sign the slave contract?

No...out of principle. And yet, I am not an idiot. I do not drive my car when the red warning light flickers and I do not break what I cannot fix. I would not go to all the effort of bringing you into my home and invest the energies to train you merely to break you. I grew out of that with my 5th birthday presents. On a serious note, you will need to come to a point of trust with me that overcomes your fear of your own limits.

Will I be obliged to ask permission to use the bathroom?

No. Unless I am entertaining, in which case you will have protocol signals to ask for dismissal from the table or company.

Will my Owners partake in Golden Showers and scat?

No.

Will I sleep on the floor? Where do I sleep?

The slave will sleep where she is told to.

Do I do vanilla things like watch TV with you or go for outings?

Yes. A good part of your life here will be with people who are not in the Lifestyle. I expect you to have the style and grace to assume an adapted behavior under such circumstances.

What if I am in subspace and cannot mix with others without drawing attention?

If you are in subspace, you will receive the aftercare and private time needed to slowly come down. I have the Master bedroom for this purpose. I can also provide sunglasses which can adequately conceal the "glazed look" that can drift over the eyes of a slave who is experiencing the euphoria of "after subspace". 

Will I wear a collar?

Yes. A thin and attractive one which cannot be removed will be worn for everyday wear. A larger one used specifically for attaching chains or restraints will be used for play, discipline or restraining.

Will I be isolated from other people for long periods of time?

No. I expect my slaves to be an integral part of my home life and social life.

What will you tell other people about who I am?

It depends on your age and on your capacities. A cook will very easily justify her existence after one amazing meal! I try to stay as close to the obvious...and the truth...as possible. I try and keep things simple and assume that people are not idiots (although I also recognize that I do not have to go into private details with strangers either). 

Will I be able to contact my family and friends back home on a regular basis?

Yes. I have VOIP phones that have a local number in Canada and Europe. I also have computers you may use for e-mail access. If you have your own laptop you may use that with the WIFI in the Villa.

Will I have to tell you who I am before I arrive?

Yes. I expect a copy of your passport sent to me before your arrival.

Will you pay for my trip here?

THAT DEPENDS. YES, I WILL buy you a one way ticket IF we both have come to an agreement on your length of stay AND you have signed the slave contract prior to your departure. Then you will close up your affairs, store your belongings and come here for a minimum of one year. NO I WILL NOT if you want to come for a trial visit. In that case, you need to buy a return ticket with your own money and NOT close up your affairs. If I feel you are not suitable because you have either lied to me or hidden a fact that you should have mentioned before arriving, I will ask you to leave. If you come here on your own money, do not expect any reimbursement to cover your travel and passport expenses.

Will the slave contract have a limited time period on it?

Normally no, but this also depends on the woman. I negotiate that prior to her signing it. A younger woman might like the option of later having children. I do not want more children and she will need to take this into account. Some women know they will one day want to continue studying or see other parts of the world.

When the contract has expired will I be thrown out the door?

No. We will both discuss, in advance, any changes we wish to make and re-sign it for another period of time. 

What if I want to leave at the end of my contract? 

If you plan to leave at the end of your contract then I will buy your ticket home and pay for your taxes to leave the country. These taxes increase every month that a person stays in the country (for foreigners).

What if I still want to be a slave but want something that You, as my owners, cannot provide for in respect to my personal journey in this lifestyle?

I will happily assist and mentor you in your search for a new Owner prior to the end of your contract. For example, younger women might wish to have children or continue their studies back in their own countries. Many Owners want slaves that wish to bear children or work outside the home.

Will I have to work outside of the Villa when I am there?

No. I want slaves that will be with me throughout the day and, therefore, I shall take care of their daily expenses such as food, clothes and medical visits.

What if I do something illegal and I knew it was illegal?

I will tell you, in advance, what is illegal. Drug use is very strictly controlled and punished on this island by immediate imprisonment. I will NOT TOLERATE any drug use by a slave and it will immediate nullify and terminate the contract.

Can I drive on the island if I have a driver's license from another country?

Only for a certain period of time (90 days). Should you remain longer, I will apply for a local driver's licence for you. This has to do primarily with insurance coverage, among other things. Bring your driver's licence with you.

Do I have to have a visa to come to the island?

No, is the answer for most countries. But if you do not come from the USA, CANADA or the EU then you will need to find out your country's laws prior to booking a ticket.

What if I have to pass through the USA to get there?

Make sure you have all the necessary documents and visa plus the correct passport to pass through the USA.

Are there flights going there regularly?

There are flights from Miami and N.Y. on a daily basis. The U.K. also has many flights to this part of the island. France has charter flights but it changes with the seasons. I cannot speak for other countries, so check online or at your local travel agency.

What is the cheapest way to get there?

It depends on your time schedule and how far in advance you intend to book. There are many interesting package deals, but they are all with charter companies that include a one or two week stay in the all inclusive hotels, 10 minutes from here, with an obligatory return date that cannot be modified. Some charters do sell off the empty seats at the last moment, as one way tickets, at very cheap prices.

How far is the airport from your Villa?

The closest airport is 20 minutes away. There are a number of airports on the island. I will tell you which one is the most convenient when the time comes.

Will you pick me up at the airport?

Yes. From the moment you arrive at the arrival gate you are my responsibility.

You will have all of my contact details, in advance and before you fly here, should there be any problems INSIDE the airport, so that someone can contact me on my cell phone (i.e. you fell ill during the flight or lost a bag, etc.).

Can my family come and visit me in the Villa?

No. This is my home. I do not allow the family and friends of slaves to come here. I live the lifestyle full time as well as have frequent visitors and friends who stay and that includes the use of women. I do not accept impressionable children and prudish aunts to sniff around my home for a very good reason!

Are there dangerous animals or poisonous snakes on the island?

It is one of the safest islands in terms of wildlife.

What about the hurricanes?

This part of the island only receives the residual whiplash from the hurricanes, like the ones that hit Haiti and other coastal countries. I have never had more than a few broken banana trees in my garden. Hurricanes are usually an occurance that happen in the Caribbean...and I am situated on the North Coast of this island, on the southern part of the Atlantic Ocean.

What about earthquakes?

The same thing. We have never suffered damage like Haiti did.
