I am a 45 yo nice social intelligent Gentleman.
i am working within sales in Europe which means dinners and alcohol lonely hotel nights and a lot of airports. This has made me gain weight and loose my cardio.

So I am searching for the one/ones that can get me back in shape.
I need someone that can motivate me to do it. Through rewards and punishment.?
How and what kind of is very much up to you but I think by dominating me would be one way.

88 kilos that means loose 10 kg or 20 pounds

I do see someone in the vanilla world but she can not whelp me with this. I want to keep this from her as long as we are seeing each other and we only meet once a month.
