Hello Everyone - I am a vicitm of a scam and fraud and want to warn you all about some bad people in Denver that operate FemDomFactor (FDF) and FemDommeSociety (FDS). The people involved in these BDSM websites and dungeon sites located in Denver are con artists and will do and say anthying to seperate you from your money. They are perpetuating fraud. The authorities have been notified - Kevin is not the only one taking pictures if you have been to the federal or kenton sites.
If you have not signed any contracts or agreements yet, you are encouraged to pay the $40 bucks to LexisNexus and do the back ground checks on the people you do business with. You will find they are not who they say they are. You will find that they are crooks and cheats and have felony records for fraud, breach of contract, theft, etc. This is all a matter of public record - check the records before you pay or invest any money with FDF or FDS - know who and what you are dealing with.
If you have already signed a contract or investment agreement with any element of FDS - you are encouraged to contact the Denver DA's Office. There is a 2 year statute of limitation for non payment of investment agreements and a 3 year on fraud. The Denver DA's Office WANTS to here from you. Do not just roll over and be a victim -be strong enough to fight to get back what was taken from you.
