| I will have a room available in late December or by January 1. This is a beautiful house, in a great location. My current house mate is moving out, and I will miss her, as she was wonderful. The room is partially furnished, and you will have shared use of the common areas. I am looking for a professional or student with no drug or drinking issues. Someone quiet and relaxed would fit in perfectly. I am primarily looking for a female for the room, as I get along best with them.
