Be My American Beauty


If you've seen the movie "American Beauty," then you have an idea of what I am looking for.

Lolita (the Dominique Swain version) was too bratty, although some brattiness is appreciated.

Mathilda (Natalie Portman) in "The Professional" was just the right blend of bratty and obedient. Curious and inquisitive to be sure, but, in the long run, well-mannered and eager to please.

"My Father the Hero" is a very close second.
