| Do you? I´m active ... family, career, church, vintage sports car racing, hunting, community and social affairs. I want you to have your own personal passions. There´s enough room in our lives for us each to do what we like as individuals, plus to find new experiences we can share together. I´m not ready to fade away into my sunset years holding hands on the couch or puttering around my garden like Brando in The Godfather. There are still plenty of things I have to do and I want you along for the ride. It´s not the years that make people old, it´s their attitude. If you´re not up to it, don´t sign on!I hate "power dating". If you are looking for a casual relationship so you can have someone to date occasionally, I pass. She is self-confident, articulate, conscious of her appearance and is fun to be with. She´s probably a little taller than average. She takes care of herself whether I´m around or not. She reads voraciously. She knows what is going on in the world. She has an active mind. She has opinions and doesn´t back down when something is really important to her. She believes in spellcheck and punctuates her emails. She has a good sense of humor and laughs easily. She is sentimental and cries at "It´s A Wonderful Life". She enjoys the arts and entertaining. She knows what the initials "DSO" stand for. She owns both a little black dress and tight jeans and wears them both with equal aplomb and grace. She sings the National Anthem at the ballpark, hopefully loud enough to drown me out. She can tolerate the Rolling Stones. She enjoys physical affection and won´t mind when I occasionally kiss her in public for no apparent reason. I tend to do that pretty frequently. She´ll kiss me back like there´s no one else around. She loves her friends and treasures her family. She won´t mind when I brag about my kids. She´s anxious to share her family with me. She won´t mind coming along to the races 4-5 weekends a year and won´t get upset if her hair gets mussed up a bit at trackside. She’ll humor me when I help cook for our dinner parties. She likes good Scotch and drinks red wine. She knows a great Cab is not a clean taxi. Tell me something about Skeeter Davis in your reply to prove you´ve read my profile. She volunteers and helps others. She may never forget her past, but is far more interested in her future. She’ll be my absolute best friend and will look forward to sharing each day´s experiences with me.
