Recently started playing with a new lover of mine. She's new to BDSM but takes to it like a fish to water. It's wonderful. Nice that she is a switch as well.
This past weekend we attended the opening of The Asylum in Eugene, Oreogn. It's an awesome space. We had a great time and I'll definitely be going back to play there again. Way to go Brandon on making such a lovely play space.

Kink moves into and out of my life like waves lapping the beach. At the moment it appears to be high tide moving in. I'm building a cage for naked dancers this weekend at a bdsm event where I'll be doing a wax play demo. Next month looks to be shibari month with a big rope weeknd on the 17/18th. Maybe even Fetish Night at Diablos if I can work it in. It would be nice to hit the Fetish Night at Dantes here in Portland but that never seems to work out. |

OMG I'm so tired. Up for 24+ hours helping set up and run HOWL, got four hours sleep, then had to drive down to Eugene to attend Fetish Night at Diablos. Had a great time. The play space has now expanded to two areas, one downstairs and one on the ground floor. Most delicious I got to play for the first time with a friend I've known for a long while doing punching, caning and little clawing. Very yummy.
Sigh, now I'm pleasantly sore and quite tired but have to write two papers for class in the next three hours. |

Today was an awesome day. Got up at 6:00 am, loaded the car, picked up B, a rope guru, drove to Mt. Hood, it was warm and sunny and spent the entire day shooting bondage pics in the snow. So very tired now but wow what a it was great. |

Went hiking yesterday... 16 miles on the Eagle Creek trail. It was such a gorgeous day. This morning though I find a tick.. ack.. the spot is sore..but I was able to dig him out ok. |

I just inherited a ball python. A friend could no longer keep her so I gave her a new home. If you look in my freezer you'll see frozen chicken, beef, pork, and rat.
She offered a suspension frame as well but the ceiling in the dungeon isn't high enough for it. |

I was told this morning by someone here that I'm overweight. *scratches head* They liked the picture though. That's the first time I have ever heard in my entire life being characterized as overweight. Sure I was used to people saying eat more.. you're too thin.. a stiff wind will blow you away.. etc etc. My mother was forever trying to get me extra helpings at dinner. By nature I eat like a bird and eat slowly. But wow overweight? I'm not sure if I should laugh or be insulted. |

Raw: $0.70 / foot 25ft = $17.50 (completely raw, no treatement, no whipping, etc)
Natural: $0.88 / foot 25ft = $22.00 (Finished, undyed)
Dyed: $1.08 / foot 25ft = $27.00 (Finished, dyed) |

Things are going along brilliantly. Sold 300 feet of rope yesterday and dying it as a custom request today. Spilt some dye and now my hands are purple. They look like grapes. LOL. Can't decide if I prefer mink oil over bees wax or not. I suppose time will eventually settle that one for me. |

Yet more paddles being worked on. Finally I've become pretty used to the scroll saw and the level of detail I'm able to cut has really gone up. Last week I got in my order of 220 meters of 8mm hemp rope. Time to start whipping, boiling and dying it.
Hmm, what's coming up?.... Oh, have another play party this Saturday. Need to put in some more suspension points before then.

Hosting an open house on Thursday and working hard to get the play space finished. The Turkey Day open house went very well and I expect that the one on Thursday will go even better.
