Change doesnt always come easy. Yet change can be so simple.
Change starts with a thought. Thought becomes an action. Action becomes a direction, and direction gives us focus. Focus allows us to remove the clutter in our mind, and concentrate on whats important to us.
If your focus is rooted in negativity, that negativity is manifesting more negativity, and that cycle becomes rooted in your thought.
This brings us back to Change. It becomes a cycle and you need to break that cycle. (jo)
