Therefore at least his / her (even not so sound minded women fool around in the www) wailing and gnashing of teetth concerning her severe insomnia seems to be a horrible pathetic lie. Otherwise nobody would refuse an offer of help without any costs involved. I know how desperate people in search for health clutch at every straw of healing even the tiniest ones.
I detest it when healthy people have to lie and to pretend diseases to make themselves more interesting and to attract more attention. Being healthy themselves and laughing about the suffering of people who would give all their assets in exchange for health they ought to be condemned to suffering for eternity. No begging and no regret shall ever be heard and no relief ever granted. This is called justice.
