I'm marriage material, but that isn't necessarily the point of my being on here. I just say that to express that I'm a really good guy. I have a permanent retirement income which I can and have lived very comfortably off of for a long time, and now I am doing software engineering for CNN, which will be a great, second income to go on top of it. I'm on way to buying a restaurant franchise by 31, and own the land underneath it in a separate company. The goal is to collecting a handful of these land + restaurant properties and then sell the majority share of the restaurants, and only bother collecting rent from them from then on.
