Please don't take personally what can't possibly be personal.  i do not know you.  That said it would be impossible to get to know everyone who sends me a message, so yes, if i don't like something about your profile, or the message you send, i delete.  Not to be rude, but in the interest in narrowing down the process into something reasonable.  Also, just a side note of great importance, if you throw a hissy fit because i deleted your message without responding, you've just given me the best view of your level of maturity and i assure you shown me in no uncertain terms that you'd be a dangerous prospect to submit too......
