It's been a few months, but yes, I am back on Collar Me. For those of you who don't already know I do not consider this a job, nor a source of income. I work full time for a large retailer and that takes top priority over all.
I, along with 10 other co workers from other stores in the same position, was selected to visit a number of our stores throughout the state (Illinois), Michigan, and Minnesota. I had the opportunity to visit stores that produce great numbers every quarter, and stores that don't do so well. I know I can speak for everyone when I say that we had a blast!
I've been to Michigan a million times to visit family, so it's always nice to go there. Minnesota on the other hand was a new experience. Believe it or not, I've never been there. I've never really had a reason to. It was unbelievable. Needless to say, I will definitely be going back. Business related or not!
As far as Collar Me goes, I had some great conversations and more going with a few awesome people. I do apologize for sort of up and leaving them. If you guys read this, I do hope to continue where we left off.
For everyone else, I look forward to hearing from you all. But with that said, I will say this. I know for a fact that I was WAY to nice to a lot of people who not only wasted my time, but didn't deserve a response from me. That will not be happening again. Not only is it annoying, but it takes away from the people that I actually enjoy engaging with.
