	We are a Dom/switch couple, currently based in Herefordshire, West Midlands, UK; Sir Guy Masterleigh and Mistress Cathy Cane. We expect to move in a few weeks, into a rented house for a few years. Generally we've no interest in singleton submissive, switch or Dom men, unless they come as a paying customer for BDSM services, but may make an exception for those we come to know well. Women, on the other hand, are usually made very welcome! We'd also be interested to hear from all sorts of other people, as occasional or regular visitors, helpers or friends. I arrived on Thursday night, young Jan and I, plus Mistress Bond and her boyfriend, at the home of the organiser and stayed there overnight.

The ploughing idea started originally with Mistress Bond who hopes eventually to give her Dad a unique 50th Birthday present: a chance to plough with pony-girls!

Thursday it had rained, so even my Kia 4X4 couldn't take my trailer tent to the top of the hill as planned, on Friday morning, so we set up camp at the bottom instead.

Ken and Roger have put in a huge amount of effort to develop the site, with nearly a kilometre of tracks, crossovers and open areas of mown grass, large areas cleared of brambles, by a newly acquired lawn tractor and the brush-clearer.

They've had a sizeable ‘retired’ touring caravan hauled up to the top to serve as a club-house, with a vast awning Roger temporarily erected in front during events that included two bedrooms and became home to the camp kitchen.

The poly-tunnel frame and awning shelter was still there, with the trusty brazier for sitting around evenings: fortunately when it got a little chilly even around that, we could now retire into a snug caravan!

Sadly the local organisers were let down by a contractor, so the new sanitary facilities were not operational. Hopefully something satisfactory and more permanent will be by the next event.

The plough had arrived, it is a miniature one meant for a pony or donkey we suspect. For the technically minded it had no land wheel, a knife coulter and no mould board.

We suspect the beam had been foreshortened, or possibly replaced by the frame and handles from a 1950s Ransomes mower, with modern plastic grips, but it seemed to be a complete and viable unit.

By that time others had arrived, Grimley and thisgirl, (G & t), from Scotland. (So if you’re reading this and your excuse was that it’s too far, be duly ashamed of yourself!) They immediately made themselves useful: and she was very ornamental too.

So I got out the kit of chains, beams, belly-boards, etc. that we'd prepared. With two light show ponies, j & t, it was more an anchor than a plough; there just was not enough power, so we rigged for four.

By that time Sophie had arrived, with Debs and old Jan. We drafted Sophie in, and Mistress Bond joined in too.

The belly boards are simply planks 6 in wide, 19 inch long, with chains to eye-bolts either side. It is one of the few things that had to be completely reinvented for our kind of ponies.

Horses pull from a neck collar: but for them the stress goes horizontally down the spine. With our 2-footed ponies if we tried to make them pull from chest or shoulders, we felt we could stress the spine sideways in dangerous ways it never evolved-for.

It is true that historically a breast plough has been used, pushing from the chest: so that one can use one’s whole weight to maximum advantage: but we considered that using one of them you’d feel any undue strain and stop: not so easy an option for our ponies!

I heard from one of the pony-girls that they got a bruise on the hip. Hopefully as I/we refine things the boards will be padded with a wrap-around to protect the hips; but before going to those lengths I wanted to check the principle worked..

The rig sort-of worked from the start, but the plough kept getting choked by surface litter and/or leaping out of the ground: which meant the ponies took off at too rapid a rate for the ploughman to get it back in.

Or it dug in too deep, stopping everything! It took a lot of experimentation to get anything like a working system. We found we had to rake off the surface Bracken brash first.

But after sharpening the coulter and polishing the share g did cut three reasonable furrows, with the 4 ponies. Photos to follow!

I brought the plough home, intending to sharpen up the knife coulter, polish the share, loosen up the adjustable bits and lengthen it to give the necessary mechanical advantage and control.

I’d like to hear from anyone who knows what a disk coulter, skim coulter or a land wheel is; and who can make, steal off a scrap plough to supply, or otherwise make or adapt or supply one.

Unfortunately Mistress B and friend had to return on Saturday morning.

Saturday we continued with young Jan trying puppy-play with two cut-down crutches to lengthen her arms, that we’d adapted earlier that week. It was an interesting idea, but one that we don’t think worth repeating, it would take something more specialist to do it comfortably and well.

Sunday we did more pony-play, but with only two show ponies that was quite restricted. We also found the ‘scrape’ pond on site, covered under a deep layer of sphagnum moss …

At my invitation Martin joined us in the evening, he runs a local eco-friendly campsite that may suit those who want to camp inexpensively, but perhaps want a higher level of facilities than can yet be offered on site.

I stayed over until Monday and met Susan there too: she’s been a maid and a pony at events I’ve run for a decade or more and is fairly local, and I’m sure we’ll see more of her too.

I’d perhaps concentrated too much on getting the ploughing kit done and not enough on getting others along, so there was only the ten or so I had persuaded to come and help, plus Ken and Roger.

It was a shame that no others came from the West Wales list: iyt is a superb and unique facility and if it’s not used enough it cannot remain available forever.

Thanks to all those who helped; young Jan who helped make the plough kit with me the previous week, Old Jan with his bacon, eggs and whisky and unostentatious helping hands in so many ways, Mistress B and friend who bought the plough, Grimley and thisgirl who made themselves useful in so many ways, Sophie, Debs, Martin, Susan, Tony and most of all Ken and Roger whose hard work made it all possible!

So if there’s anything you want to do outdoors, kinky or not, that could be done there, get on to the people there!

There was talk of putting finances on a sounder footing: so far I've just been passing a hat around.

But with thousands of pounds and many man-weeks being invested up there, something more organised is needed.

A fee of £10/per person/per day has been suggested, plus £5/tent or caravan/night. It's not not, but it'll help.

I'm trying to encourage those on site schedule a working weekend to do stuff like build a composting loo, improve access, etc. and other works, so that Ken and Roger don't have to do ALL the hard work.

I'd suggested possible dates for such a working weekend, with as many 'keen volunteers' as we can muster: 16/17 May 6/7 June 13/14 June - though 16/17 May is now 'taken'.

(I'm doing a photo shoot as a 'Gentleman Farmer' with Sarah [aka Rusty the puppy/Strawberry the pony] as my 'prize porker'.

Sadly for the role, but great for her, she's looking even fitter and slimmer for the summer - and I hope to bring her back one day.)

I'd also suggested possible dates for a full-on pony weekend: 27/28 June 4/5 July, 18/19 July and 25/26 July

11/12 July is Sparkle weekend in Manchester, and most of my TV/TS girls will be unavailable, and I may be with them!]

Activities I would like to do include 2 in hand and 4-in hand cart and sulky driving, and some kind of hunt.

I've always been limited as to what I can do here in Hereford, by way of pony- and puppy-play, living in a fairly ordinary suburban house, as even though we have a good garden, it is overlooked.

That's why the events I do or go to, tend to be group events: the cost of hiring the ground, travel, etc. mean we have to share.

But I've just been offered the use of a local farmer's field, some of which is very private, as and when I want, for taking ponies out for a spin, or puppies out for a walk.

I'm quite keen to use it, at least until the novelty wears off, so if there are any couples, or pony- or puppy-girls keen to do it with me: (including TV and TS ponies and puppies) and willing to share expenses, I'd like to hear from them!

My profile says that I seek office help, so I thought I'd put more detail here for those particularly interested, to save having to repeat myself many times over.

Most who come here are T-girls, TVs, TS, etc. Natal girls are particularly welcome too, as are men.

Quite reasonably most ladies expect to be paid, and the capable ones are worth every penny, so if I really need a job doing and they can do it, I will.

So if you've spent periods 'temping' as an office worker, are local, and could do the odd day's work here, at the going rate, no 'extras', then please contact me direct.

I want help on those terms too, though only at peak times.

There is some work that can be done off-site too, e.g. writing, illustration, proof-reading and correction.

Sometimes for money, mostly for benefits in kind.

However, most words below concern T-girls, as helpers. Please take account of that as you read it, if you're not.

In return for real clerical work here, to my direction, you get some attention from me and the chance to e.g. do it dressed, maybe enjoy other benefits or earn the chance to acquire some of our products or enjoy some services, for which otherwise you'd have to pay.

It is real work, not a 'bit of fun' or 'make-work'. I expect it to be done right and you to work hard for several hours; ideally days at a time, to repay my time invested helping you get you up to speed.

I offer it, because I know I am not at all good at doing repetitive work, where others quite enjoy it - particularly if they can dress and act the part of a junior office girl.

I work long hours, 6 or 7 days a week. There's always more to do than I get around to. Having help like this is generally useful, it gets things done which really need to be done, but I'd maybe not get around to.

Maybe you can stay overnight; but I can't promise that unless I've met you face to face, and my wife and partner Miss Prim has met you and OKed it too. (Some visitors haven't had the same concept of discretion and good manners as we have.)

Most stay over stay with us at nil cost, en-famille. But we can't guarantee you'll have your own room with en-suite. If that's vital to you, there are guest houses locally, that can accommodate you cheaply.

The work could be e.g. cataloguing books, mags, uniform, machine-minding a duplicator, operating a folding machine, collating booklets or catalogues, stapling or trimming them, stuffing envelopes with newsletters or catalogues.

Or something very different; if your skills and talents mean you'd be better employed doing other stuff ... such as making paddles, pony-sulkies, etc.

I have a simple dress code. Wear trousers, shorts, culottes, slacks, etc., I will treat you as a slightly junior colleague in a very 'politically correct' way.

If you wear a skirt or dress, and you want me to, I'll treat you in a way more typical of a pre-womens'-liberation, male chauvinist boss. Flirting outrageously, touching, stroking and taking advantage, expecting you to sit on my knee, or go over them, if I think it appropriate.

Given that dress code most office helpers choose to wear a skirt ... and choose fabrics that feel good to a hand that strokes or pats their bum ..

Reasons vary. Some girls get a sexual thrill from dressing. Some just feel they need to dress from time to time, but get few other opportunities. Some want to get used to working as a girl, dressed, but can't yet do it openly. Some enjoy being treated as a girl. Some find it helps them relax, others find it humiliating. For many it is several of these factors. I don't mind, whatever reason you have.

We'd prefer you dress appropriately for your age and role. Just look at women your age, doing that kind of job, and emulate them. Nothing tarty or slutty, ideally not rubber, PVC, no fanny-pelmet skirts or spike heels, (they get ruined by crazy paving). It helps put us all in the right mood. The work is done in private, in a workshop in the garden, or my office.

In walking to the house, e.g. for meals or the loo, you could be seen in a fleeting glance by neighbours at a distance of 60' or so. We'd prefer you were sufficiently passable that you'd not get a second look: even if that means e.g. camouflage with a cardigan or coat.

I don't punish mistakes with a spanking - that would only encourage many of the girls! Instead I ask them to explain to me what they've done wrong, how it came to happen, what they're going to do to ensure it won't happen again, etc.

Most really hate that and would prefer a caning!

However I do tell them that I will spank or cane them if they're insufficiently respectful. So if you do not want to be spanked, always call me Sir, always remember to drop a curtsy in thanks for any attention, don't ever interrupt me or answer me back.

However, if you do want to be spanked you can probably work it out what to do ...

Ideally I'd like a girl to turn up, change, do her make-up, be a girl for me, with me taking no more trouble than that.

But I have done some of the following, and much else besides, to and with some girls:

1/ chain them hand and foot, with only 6" from wrist to wrist or ankle to ankle ...

2/ gag them.

3/ lock them into high heels and ensure all chairs are out of reach ..

That is not a menu they choose from! They are add-on extra, that I may include as a part of your service, if I choose.

This is not a substitute for a session with a pro-Dom(me)!

When we first meet we establish your limits and preferences and you can give me the authority to any of those and more.

But I will only do it/them if I think it appropriate to do it to you. Which may be because I think, e.g because:

1/ it'll help you focus on the work,

2/ it amuses me,

3/ I think you'll enjoy it as a reward

4/ I think you'll hate it as a punishment

I'll not explain my reasons, or actions, or justify doing these things - or not doing so. I won't do it just to please them, and not usually the first time they come here, either.

If I may make an analogy, I don't ask my ponies if they'll let me drive them blindfold or wear blinkers. I'll just put a blindfold or blinkers etc. on them if necessary, without asking ... they have no choice but to accept.

However, I may ask the person before they become a pony, whether they'd be happy for me to do it, which corresponds to the chat we'll when you come the first time.

However, be careful to avoid emulating a girl who by repeatedly failing to listen, trashed £50 worth of material, took 4 hours over a job I'd have done in 1, with 2 hours of my time showing her how to do it. Then I had to spend 2 hours after her visit sorting out her mistakes ... I was not impressed!
