Any training, any activity, should ultimately be to make me better. And through that guidance, or protection, I can in turn can serve them. Serve them in any way. I can give yourself to them: my mind and body, so long as they nurture that mind, or value that body. I want to experiment, to be open, but I also want someone to be empathetic to my comfort levels. To be able to feel me, predict me, and then adjust their play or training accordingly.
