I don't know about anyone else but I get so many initial responses that sound great, I give them an opportunity to follow up and then I never hear a word from them. Look, if you want My attention, or any other Domme for that matter, you are going to have to show Me that you are serious. How do you do that? By following through and following up after that first communication from Me that outlines your next step which is simple.
