That being said, I think its time for some reflection, and thoughts of the past year and half. As things have developed either by My own hand, or naturally (as much has been the case) we have blended into a couple that has defined our D/s as more mental than that of just 'play'.  That's not to say that we have not had any play, but our fulfillment REALLY comes from knowing our place, that I am in charge, yet am merciful to her needs, even in the vanilla world.  With that has come many a talks about where our mind set is, with explanations, expectations, discussing fears, and to calm old ghostly memories. Patience has been a major factor in making sure that she understands that this is not just a game and that she would not be tossed aside after use.  Building trust is a major ingredient in having a successful BDSM relationship, and that comes with patience.  D/s (M/s) is NOT about who has the biggest whip or about total humilitation or beating the submissive down, its about creating your desires in the submissive to be of one mind with the Dom, and there you can find the beauty of D/s that is considered tabboo, but yet is so 'normal'.  A key reason we have been able to sustain this relationship is because we have much in common outside our interest of BDSM, and that has given us the balance that has made this so special.I recently told her that (directed mostly about the so called 'hot' vanilla women out there) if only those women knew how to submit and treat her Man the way she does, in all ways including domestic that there would be some happy women out there.  Thus, that is why those so called 'hot' women would have nothing on her because of her natural submissive beauty.They would offer Me nothing in the sense of fulfillment.  As we have developed there has been some learning curve struggles on both parts, and discipline has been used, as well as checking Myself to stay consistent, and honest with each other.  For Me its been some very interesting waters to be in a relationship like this where our 'natural' personalities takes over and allows us to be who we are, in being comfortable knowing that I have her whole mind, body and heart, and I am in control of Myself knowing that I have and WANT to be responsible for her well being, and suffering as it were. When she is a happy baby girl slave, she serves Me better in however I choose to use her. Bottom line !!   In thinking about how she is growing everyday as My 'ying to My Yang',  I cannot say anything but good things about how she handle herself around Me.  Moving forward, we will soon create a couples profile and welcome comments, thoughts from others on relationship subjects, or to just making/being friends, etc..   This journey with you My baby girl slave, is one that we will continue to enjoy, develop and create wonderful memories.    XOXO MoH, aka Daddy
