They say the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. So I guess I am either certifiably crazy or the most incurable optimist on the planet, because here I go again. Time and disappointments have made me stronger and wiser, but hopefully not jaded.

I am established and distinguished career professional with the federal government. I am highly educated, refined, cultured and financially very secure.
