3/13/2022 4:52:23 AM: I was in contact with a dominant recently, who early on asked me if I was willing to diet.  After a bit of back and forth, I realized that they had made the assumption I was fat and out of shape.   Clarification is in order.   I am a muscular guy.  I walk several miles a day and have strength trained the majority of my life.  I am coming off a lingering wrist injury and started with 80 pushups yesterday.  Granted, its nothing to brag about, but I hope it speaks to some level of enduring fitness/strength.  I do carry some belly fat.  I admit it!  Lol.  The rest of my body is muscle.  BMI has always been an inaccurate measurement, due to my somatotype.   I’ve always held the philosophy that our bodies are like cars, if you wait until the engine is on fire to change the oil, you’re too late.  Overall, I take better care of my vehicle than most.
