Open and honest,  creativity is my vice.  i do need to run the show but often enjoy the input from others as to direction of the show.  she would need to be in it for the long term.  did the temporary version for a few years and it lacks the colour in the big picture of life. 

i do live in the country so relocation would have to be on the table for discussion.
