2/3/2018 10:17:14 AM: I have been asked about service and protocols.  I believe these are facile terms and are substitutes for thoughtful connection and involvement.I do base my relationship on daily maintenance discipline to set the baseline, and take everything else from there.  The goal is to build the fundamentals and trust so that she is able to be completely open and let go the burden of her secrets.  SR
