So.... I spent the month of September here finishing up some tidbits on my rental home.
I went back to Virginia last Tuesday before the hurricane, but came back here yesterday to survey any hurricane damage which luckily was zero. A few more days here trying to find a tenant and then back to Virginia.
I am midway through getting my Virginia home sold after which Ill move to my second home in Port Royal. I can put all the wishes and druthers and dreams and fantasies here, but lets be real, it takes two to tango. What I want is somewhere in the realm of what you can and are willing to provide, and what I can and am willing to accept. Its called the law of attraction.
