A few points...

1. I am looking for someone who is local, preferably in Manhattan. I do not care if you are willing to relocate, if you are happy to drive 2 hours each way to see me or you are going to fly into town every other week. 2. You must have at least an undergraduate degree. I prefer those with masters level education and give gold stars to those with PhDs.

3. I would prefer to hear from those between the ages of 35 and 48.

4. Like me, you must enjoy staying in shape and value daily exercise. I do not require perfection, but if your BMI is 25 or greater, we are not compatible.

5. I would encourage you to include in your message to me something that interests you other than kink. I get the joke that, as a sub or slave, your thoughts and opinions do not count. I may call the shots, but I prefer to call them with someone who has some thoughts of their own, or at least thoughts that they read in The Economist.
