05/02/2016 I went to the doctor today to check where I'm standing health wise . My AIC was 11.7 this past January . Today it is 6.1 . He's never seen this before . I told him neither have I . Life is worth living right . No white flags ! |

NOLASubmissive makes a valid point about taking care of yourself . It's been rewarding to do that . It's not as easy as it sounds but completely worth it . I owe it to myself and it's purely been beneficial . So the picture of me in the pink outfit was seventy pounds ago and I'm not done yet . No excuses . No white flag . So thank you Miss , for every time I've seen that statement , it helps me to stay focused on the end goal . |
