Here's a sample fantasy for y'all to get an idea of just how much pain I'm contemplating:

In this particular "game," I am naked and tied to a chair (probably after a caning or whipping and on top of something painful/uncomfortable, like thumbtacks or stinging nettles). The soles of my feet are exposed, and might already be a bit swollen or even bleeding a bit from earlier activities. My arms are tied to boards with fingers separated out so that finger movement is impossible. You set the stopwatch and begin by sliding a (sterilized) needle under one of my fingernails. Slowly. Periodically wiggling the needle from side to side.

Then I will have to make a choice every few minutes. First, I could beg you to slide another needle under another fingernail... OR you roll a 6 sided dice to see what occurs instead. The options will be different and fun, for example:

1. Nothing new happens for the next couple of minutes and I get to enjoy the existing pain and anticipate more.

2. For the next few minutes, you do a bit of "cell popping" with something suitably hot, and leave some mild burns on whatever part of the body strikes your fancy.

3. You get to electrocute me with a stun gun, cattle prod, or similar implement.

4. I get my balls hurt through methods of your choice. (You could choose to use a ballcrusher for the slow approach or you could go for the quick and brutal approach and punch/slap them instead. Or you could put needles through them. Whatever you feel like doing.)

5. The soles of my feet get whipped or caned. (Hurts like a bitch), and finally

6. You get to choose what happens -- which could even include doing all 4 of the above, or doing something new.

The game ends when I have two needles under each fingernail, or, alternatively, when time runs out.
