Punish them when u disapprove of what they have done or said. Reward them when they do whats required of them. Today is Thursday, or is it Sunday. Seems like 1 day is just like the next 1. You keep going on and on wondering if anything will change and u wake up and realize, crap nothing new. Every so often u find that 1 thing that can make or break you and if you don't do something to seize that moment, it could all be gone in a flash and never return.
