I'm poly, I'm cranky, and I'm just about out of patience with the world.
I come here every now and then to check on my local munch group and check emails.
That being said, I'm in a period of readjustment.
The last little bit has been strange for me. And the point it has reached has made me rethink a lot of things.
There is nothing more compelling to me that good, intelligent conversation.
and to make sure it gets said...answering any question you're asked without volunteering anything about what's going in your head...that's NOT fucking communication...and you're dead weight, and I have no time for you.

I am a Psychologist with a PhD, I owned an online adult toy store, and have been in the poly, BDSM, and D/s lifestyle since I was 24.
I am more than happy to lend my advise and experience to anyone genuinely interest in learning. I have almost no issues discussing anything on which I have knowledge to share.
Sometimes friends need advice, and that's fine. Sometimes people thrive on conflict and drama inducing behavior, and that is anything BUT fine in my world. I take pains to ensure that I do not color other people's opinions with my perceptions, but I WILL and DO distance myself from people with irrational, or disrespectful tendencies. This is a mechanism of self preservation, not a invitation to a feud. I dislike psychodrama and therefor act to either quash it whenever possible, or keep it at arms length.
