A few things you should know about me:

A few other notes / things I am into:

I spent my morning doing the following:
- Created a spreadsheet for a young lady to track her weekly workouts and progress towards losing weight
- Filled in a detailed calendar for a girl who needed a new routine
- Helping a girl get focused on a couple simple goals for the week. When a young lady does not break tasks down, she fails.
