I've no reason to feel tied to my current location. My house will go up for sale and I'll be able to relocate rather quickly( a month ).

I've just been reminded today that I'm at times completely devoid of common sense. Please keep this in mind if you're considering owning me. This isn't true all the time but when it is, you'd have to make allowances. The good news is that you can vent any disappointment or frustration you may be feeling immediately in a variety of very satisfying ways(for you).
