Good Manners get my attention. Intelligent and articulate conversation maintains it. Knowing your principles, impresses me. Living by them, earns my respect. To be either a good Ownerslave one first has to be a good person.
I am a man with strong beliefs and convictions. I respect women and I considered them my equals. In private, I like them submissive and I like to be a very loving dom.
