i was diagnosed with bipolar ten years ago and took meds for ten years. been off of them for a couple months and i thought i didnt need them, but its getting harder and harder to pull off the fake smile everyday....
at least with the meds i wasnt super happy but there wasnt this feeling of hopelesness im having now.
maybe i was a bit of a robot (no feelings) but its way better than this....

i dont know if my depression has to do with SM.. i guess i just wanted to belong somewhere, to someone
