The apartment is 1 bedroom/1 bathroom , small, upstairs in a complex with a small pool and a small weight room and racquetball court. It is very convenient to several restaurants, a library and a grocery store, and the bus line.
It has nice lighting, and it is fairly reasonably priced, at $500 a month plus utilities.
