The only real progress made in the last couple of years is realizing that he is also submissive. And that I can switch, but I don't really like to. When we're in it, I enjoy playing the more dominant role, but given the choice, I really prefer to be the submissive one. He, unfortunately, is really not dominant. He tries sometimes, but to me it feels forced, not real. So I push, trying to get him to break. No, not break. I want him to prove that his domination is real. I want him to just take over. But instead he backs down. And I end up taking over. Almost every time. Frustrating.
