Thoreau had it all wrong.
..the notion that a true escape and 'transcendence' from the influence of society must inevitably involve total isolation ..is such nonsense. It gives society far too much credit. It implies that he can only think for himself when he's out in the woods... as if the second he walks down a common street and is greeted by townsfolk.. he's immediately snapped back into his prejudices and errors.
Beauty is imperfection. madness is genius. And it's better to be absolutely boring, than to be ridiculous. When it comes down to it, I think in great detail.. I contain multitudes. I think to myself.
And that's my personal destruction. (everyone has one)...
I generally prefer to think, laugh, and hate. I need noone else in my life. Mortality is a bitch. Sarcasm is one of my only comforts ..I have few necessities. Composing
music, and reminding people how crazy they are (not that they usually notice)! lol
I regret everything. I always will. When I'm honest, I tend to show myself as set apart.. as a dork. A stranger. An outsider. (to the max... ;) ..and all that crap that's out there always seems to come back around to me.
