i do what i am told and will submit if time and effort is invested in me. will not do anything dangerous to body or health but anything non perminant is ok. i respsond well to praise but realise leasons need to be learned from time to time.
not interested in pro set ups so i am not an idiot so please dont see me as a cashpig, it wont work.
